Frank Brilando
Born 1925 Frank Peter Brilando raced bicycles from about 1948 until 1953. Frank became the chief engineer for the Schwinn Bicycle Co and was responsible for many of the successes including the Sting-Ray and bikes produced at Giant in Taiwan. Additional pictures & text pending.
