This business was founded by Manny Giffis, Leo Cohen Sr`s. brother-in-law. Leo bought into the business in the early 1940`s. Manny (Howie`s uncle) and Leo Sr. (Howie`s dad) grew the business together until Leo sold back his interest and moved our family to Los Angeles, CA where he purchased a Bike Shop at 168 N. La Brea from Bob Solomon.
