| This particular model has steel end plates. However the tool bags produced in England by Brooks and other makers were all leather. The Tool Bag was very popular in the 1950`s and early 1960`s for use on lightweight coaster and 3-speed bicycles (26x1 3/8 inch tires). The dimensions are 5 3/4x3x1 inches.
