Since Howie Cohen's passing, no items are for sale.
This book is signed by John Rakowski, the author, 'To Howie Cohen, Who had trust in my bike touring'. There is also a note typed by John included (separately) in this book; see the picture gallery. I helped in some small way to sponsor John's bicycling tours. It is a 202-page book that addresses the group of wanderers whose personal trip is touring rather than camping; the pilgrims who travel lightly and have little room in their packs for a lot of equipment. They are limited in what they can carry but are able to shop in small quantities daily. They set up a temporary kitchen each night-in a campground, a rest stop, park or on a tree stump - and break it down to move quickly on the next day. John includes a huge number of recipes (ten chapters) to satisfy the taste and requirements of every type of individual tourist. The dimensions are 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches, the condition is very good.
