The outside back cover contains the printed name of the St. Louis Agents, E.C.Meacham Arms Co. Lozier opened branch offices in New York, San Francisco and Philadelphia, PA. The factory suffered a fire at their 125,000 square foot factory on November 28,1894 that transformed a large part of the plant into ashes, smoke and equipment-debris.
