The molded plastic seat mounts onto the top-tube of a gents diamond frame. The fold-up foot pegs with stirrups mount onto the down-tube. The child sits in front of the rider and between his/her arms. Probably not the safest design child carrier but the front mounting is preferred by some cyclists. See the picture gallery.
