There is a license on the seat stay tubes of the bike. Norman Cycles of Ashford, Kent was founded in the 1920`s by brothers Charles & Fred Norman. The company was acquired by Tube Investments (the Raleigh Group) in the 1950`s and closed in the early 1960`s. If you can identify the actress please contact me.
