Hercules was founded as an independent bicycle factory in Birmingham, England. It later became a member of the BCC (British Cycle Corporation) and eventually became absorbed by the Ti Raleigh Group. In the early 1960`s Hercules bicycles were imported into the USA by the Hercules Division of AMF Wheel Goods.
