 | | Since Howie Cohen's passing, no items are for sale. | | Cycles Mercier of Saint Etienne France was a reasonable size bike factory, but not one of the giants like Motobecane or Pequot. Edmond Mercier took over management of the factory from his father in the 1970`s at which time we were purchasing their bicycles. Irwin Hayutin (from Pettee Cycle) & I visited the factory several times. |
