This poster is a reproduction of the original art by Prophit. The scene is a bicycle race that was held in Detroit, MI in the 1980s. The course passed by The Cadieux Cafe which was owned by the Devos family. The Cadieux Cafe has been owned by the Devos family since the early 1960s, firstly by Bob Devos and currently by Ron Devos (Bob`s son). Ron was a USA bike racer in his younger days & Bob was a bike racer in Belgium. The Cafe boasts one of the only Feather Bowling Lanes in the USA (two lanes with spectator tables & chairs between the lanes); Feather Bowling is a fun sport which is popular in the north west corner of Belgium.
