This original 1976 commemorative large poster was signed in person (autographed) by Eddy Merckx on the occasion when he visited the Montrose Bike Shop in Montrose, California. You can see his signature in the center of his jersey under the Campagnolo logo. This was not a posed photograph; Mr. Tullio Campagnolo is spontaneously and exuberantly congratulating Eddy Merckx after the finish of the race. This was the 7th time Merckx claimed the win at the Milano-Sanremo Classic. The dimensions of the reproduction are a large 19 1/2 x 27 1/4 inches. |
