Ted Smith photographed in the 1961 Official Race Program for the 75th World Championships arranged by Sports International, Inc. event which was held in New York at the Madison Square Garden September 22~28, 1961. Smith, born in 1937 in Buffalo, New York, won three USA National Championships; 1945 Chicago, 1947 Philadelphia & 1948 Kenosha. He was on the 1956 USA Olympic Cycling Team.
