This is the 32 page Program (including covers) of the 1980 (May 10 & 11) bike race event which was held in Tulsa, OK. The race was sanctioned by Omni-Sports American Bicycle Racing Circuit (ABRC) and sponsored by Facet Cycle Company (BioCam Crank Drive System). The officials are all named and many of them are well known in the Southern Calif Cycling community. It is full of advertisements from the local bicycle stores, most of whom were customers of WCC.
