Alpha was owned by Sid Star and his son Ernst. They imported and distributed bicycles under the brand name Lotus, some of which were produced by Tsunoda Bicycle Co in Nagoya, Japan.

more details		 Bencomo Sales Co, a Wholesale Distributor (Jobber) in Phoenix, AZ
Joe Bencomo, who was a sales rep for Lewis Supply of Phoenix founded his own distributorship company. Lou, Joe`s son, was very active in the company. Joe eventually recruited Ed Griffin to be the sales manager of the new Denver, CO facility which was opened in 1972. Additional text & pictures pending.
