A 70-page soft cover booklet produced by the B.I.A. The Bicycle Institute of America was composed of leading manufacturers and distributors of bicycles and bicycle parts/accessories in the USA. Howie was a member of the B.I.A. for many years and attended many of the B.I.A. meetings.
