The dimensions are 4 3/8 x 3 inches. Maruka machinery Co hosted a Sayonara Party for Howie on the occasion of Howie leaving Japan after another long stay. The trips to Japan were long because the development work with the bicycle factory and the component parts factories took a great deal of time. Standing in front of the group of suppliers are (L to R); Yukio `Higesan` Kawamura-Kawamura Cycles, Howie-WCC, Okamoto-san-Maruka, and Otsuka-san-Maruka. [1971 SayonaraJapan]
