Their vision was to produce a bicycling publication which included; touring, camping, racing, legislation, maintenance, new products, cycling calendars and more. ENCOUNTER - BMX Lifestyle & Road Trip Magazine is devoted mainly to BMX Freestyle riding community. It appears to be published in Japan. The editor in chief is Yasuuki `GreenG` Takeo. This image is the front cover; photo by Yuta Yoshida (who took several of the photos in this issue) of trick rider Daisuke Maja doing a Tuck No Hander. The location is The Uramonzen Park in Nagoya, Japan. (Nagoya is one of my two favorite cities in Japan where I spent many months in the 1960s & 1970s while having bicycles & components produced for my company). I am grateful to Patrick at Flatland Fuel for sending me this issue. This issue contains 76 pages including the covers. The dimensions are 8 1/4 x 11 5/8 inches, see the picture gallery.
