This all original 1973 NOS Schwinn Lemon Peeler (disc) never fully assembled bike belongs to Erick Elsegood of So-CA in September 2010. Erick has a large collection of bikes with emphasis on high riser types. [SchLemonPeeler1973]
THIS ITEM IS NO LONGER IN MY COLLECTION. This is an electric lighted sign with a clock that was available to Schwinn Authorized Dealers. It hangs on a wall and has a convenient switch within the electrical cord for turning it on & off. The dimensions are 25 1/2 x 12 3/4 inches. The sign is operational but the clock is not. I think the clock simply needs batteries. See the picture gallery.
This is not new. It is a STROBE LIGHT produced in Japan for Schwinn (I think in the 1970`s). The dimensions are 2 1/2 x 4 3/4 inches, the bottom (black) portion is easily removed to install 4 AA batteries. The cordura strap has an adjustment buckle and will fit around the arm or ankle.
