Smaller Jewelry Display Case for Antique Pins and Buttons - 72 pieces displayed alphabetically
This is an electronic display case that revolves slowly. It will soon have an Everything Bicycle label at the top instead of the Pierced Earnings label. There are 12 vertical rows each containing six pins on display for a total of 72 pins and/or stud buttons, which are in alphabetical order. The dimensions are 10 x 10 inches and 19 inches tall. The illustration is of a bicycle-built-for-five (quint) but it has eight riders aboard! The two policemen at the front of the quint are quite surprised. The text at the top of the illustration is; ORIGINAL - RADLERSEIDEL. The text at the bottom is; WIR SPAREN SPRIT - WIR FAHREN RAD - WIR BLEIBEN FIT! The lid has a Reich brand bell built into it; I suppose so you can RING for the server to bring you another drink. On the top of the lid is an embossed image of Saint Christopher with embossed text; ASPICE CHRISTOPHORUM - ET TUTUS VIAM CARPE. There is another stein in this collection that is identical to this one except the lid is plain (without the bell or the St. Christopher & text image). [Stein-1534.a]
