A `Presorted Std` stamp. The first day of issue was August 14, 1998. Illustrated in the photo is (1) a first day of issue cover with 4 of the stamps adn (2) a strip of 25 of the stamps (only 7 and a partial are showing, the balance are folded under). The design is of the head of a bike showing the stem, bar, brake lever, cable and a small portion of the front caliper and wheel. [USA GreenBicycle09]

The four stamps in the series have individual numbers; (1) the 63p value is #41 and illustrates Capt. Cook and the tattooed face of a Moori, (2) the 43p value is #42 and illustrates a steamship, train wheelbarrow and walking, (3) the 26p value is #43 and illustrates the bicycle, and (4) the 20p value is #44 and illustrates the airplane embracing the globe. The souvenir brochure illustrates a person on a High Wheel Bike which has a globe for the big wheel with an airplane zooming around the wheel.
